Many new moms feel so much pressure to "get their body back" after pregnancy, but in reality, your body never left you. It is still YOUR body. It's just different now. It requires rest, recovery and reactivation to rebuild stability, strength, and movement confidence postpartum.

Early postpartum (aka The 4th Trimester) can be just as challenging on your body as pregnancy. Your body is recovering from the trauma of birth, hormones are readjusting, sleep is elusive and you now have a tiny human to nourish and love.
